Astonischika

Astonischika is a hand-pixeled role-playing game with turn-based battles. Build a party of three heroes from eight classes and climb a map from the bottom up — fight by fight, until the boss waits at the top. Your party on the left, the enemies on the right, turn by turn. The eight classes play differently. Warrior, mage, cleric, rogue, vampire, thief, druid and archer each bring their own skills and their own strengths. More than a thousand foes wait on the map — beasts, undead, elementals and demons that poison, set alight, stun, drain life, heal one another and hit whole rows at once. ★ How you play 1. Pick three heroes — that choice is made once, after that you recruit more in the tavern 2. Click a node on the map: battle, campfire, chest, merchant or a bonus node 3. In battle you click a skill and then the target 4. The boss waits at the top ★ A lost run does not cost you the heroes They keep their level and their gear, and the next run starts back in the city. A defeat sets you back, not to the beginning. Every map you clear makes the next one harder, and heroes climb all the way to level 9999. ★ Gear worth having Weapons, shield, helm, armour, belt, boots, two rings and an amulet. Every find is rolled anew — no two pieces are alike. Eight rarity tiers, and the top two form six sets. ★ The city between runs Smith, armourer, apothecary, tavern, scroll merchant, trainer, barracks and the rune tower. There you equip, recruit, learn skills and sell what you do not need. ★ Small games at the chests Dice, shells, memory, coin flip and mallet — win and the jackpot chest is yours.
