Hela: Of Mice & Magic Demo

A Little Journey of Its Own Even the smallest journey can become an adventure when you’re mouse-sized. This self-contained story was created especially for the demo, offering a first taste of Hela: of Mice & Magic. It’s up to you to restore the witch’s protective magic in this little corner of the forest and gather enough glimmer to find your way back to her cottage. How you do that is part of the fun. Follow your curiosity, experiment with the world around you, and lend a helping paw to those you meet. Follow Your Curiosity Take your time exploring a handcrafted slice of Hela’s Northern Sweden-inspired world. Wander off the beaten path, glide through the air, uncover hidden details, and collect useful items as you search for a way home. When you’re mouse-sized, even everyday objects can become obstacles, useful tools, or unexpected ways forward. Experiment with realistic physics, try out different ideas, and discover playful solutions to the puzzles you encounter. Meet Froggy Froggy, your magical backpack and constant companion, is always ready to help. Use Froggy to gather items, interact with your surroundings, solve puzzles, and discover new ways to move through the world. Play Alone or Together Experience the demo solo or share the journey with a friend in local split-screen co-op. When you play alone, the Shade System lets you create magical copies of yourself to help solve puzzles and interact with the world, bringing Hela’s cooperative ideas into the single-player experience. A Much Bigger Adventure Awaits This demo is a small, self-contained introduction to Hela. The following features are not included in the demo, but will be waiting for you in the full game: - A much larger open world: Explore more places, follow winding paths, and uncover secrets hidden throughout the land. - More quests and acts of kindness: Help creatures and communities through a wider variety of playful challenges. - A richer story: Follow the mice on their larger journey to help the witch, restore harmony to the land, and discover the heartfelt stories of those who call it home. - Brewing and Remedies: Gather ingredients and get hands-on with brewing magical Remedies that open up new ways to interact with the world. - Online co-op for up to four players: Share the full adventure online, or continue playing solo or with a friend in local split-screen.
