Vortex: Guardians of the Abyss

The stars went out. Earth fell. One fighter is going back. Vortex: Guardians of the Abyss is a retro-inspired vertical space shooter with RPG progression. Fight across the Solar System and into the Abyss, dodge waves of enemy fire, and face towering guardians with distinct attacks and transformations. Choose your ship and build your own play style. Upgrade five weapon types, branch into POWER or INTERCEPT, and shape your pilot through The Way skill trees. Turn the battle with three shield-powered Ultimates: EMP, Charge and Convergence. Fly solo in Story and Arcade modes, or team up with 2–4 pilots in local or online co-op. Online rooms offer device or dedicated server hosting, reconnect countdowns and returning-player support. Online features require an internet connection, an Anhhi Games account and compatible game versions. Save your Story or Arcade run and return to the journey. Play with keyboard and mouse or a compatible gamepad, with pixel-art visuals and large-scale boss encounters inspired by classic arcade shooters.
